looking for a solid plug in for a specific effect

Hi,

I am reaching out to the community to help me a bit. I am in search for a quality plug in that will allow me to do a "materialization" effect. The best way i can describe it is where a "scanner" scans a person and the resulting "copy" of that person is "materialized on table or another container strip by strip in a circular fashion starting at the head til the full body is complete. Is there any shader plug ins that can do that?
Please help.
